The Plaintiff denied any pain for twelve days after the accident. The Plaintiff has a prior surgery to her neck 20 months before the within accident. The Plaintiff claimed that this accident aggravated her prior neck condition requiring an additional surgery. The case settled in Suffolk County just prior to the selection of a jury for $900,000.00 out of an available insurance policy of $1,100,000.00
