Plaintiff was driving her car when she was hit in the rear by the Defendant tractor trailer.

Plaintiff suffered a herniated disc in her lumbar spine at the L4-L5 level, for which she ultimately underwent a surgery consisting of decompression and fusion.

VERDICT/SETTLEMENT AMOUNT
