DESCRIPTION OF CASE
Plaintiff was rear ended while driving her automobile. She sustained injuries to her back which ultimately required surgery. She returned to work shortly after surgery. Notably she had slipped and fell in her shower shortly before the subject accident and had reported complaints of lower back pain with radiation in to her legs.
